For all dress orders placed, including sale/designer samples - no refunds can be given after 7 days from purchase to comply with our policy.

Refunds for deposits made against store items will be at the discretion of the owner and in the form of a credit note.

Dress alterations are an additional cost, charged on completion of the alteration process.
